Joanshepp.com will accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Tags must remain on and garments must be unworn. Please email webinfo@joanshepp.com ASAP with your request to return your item with the order number. We will then issue a UPS label to return your item and deduct the shipping cost from your order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Looking to exchange? Joan Shepp will pay to ship an exchanged item. (Domestic customers only. Limited to one exchange per order).
Please follow our guidelines for returns:
- Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange (all discounted items are final sale).
- We advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags. Footwear must be returned in the original boxes provided inside a protective shipping box.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping charges.
- All returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.
- Hosiery and jewelry cannot be returned.
- International Purchases are Final Sale. Additional duties/taxes on international purchases may be incurred which are not covered by Joan Shepp and are not calculated at checkout. Upon receiving an invoice, customs fees must be paid as soon as possible to avoid delivery delays.
