Light becomes part of the design in these HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE trousers. The pleated straight-leg silhouette is printed with an afterimage effect developed by photographing illuminated BASICS styles at different shutter speeds, creating the illusion of light moving across selected areas of the fabric. An elasticated waistband and inner drawcord keep the shape easy, while the button fly and side pockets add familiar trouser details.
